Welcome to the Community Building, a versatile facility to serving the town and its residents. Whether you're planning a special event or joining us for town activities like bingo, this space is perfect for all occasions.

Community Building Fees:

1) Residents within Town Limits: $30 per use + $100 Cleaning Deposit

2) Residents outside of Town Limits: $100 per use + $100 Cleaning Deposit

 

Following your event, you are responsible for cleaning the facility including cleaning and sanitizing all counters, tables, chairs, floor, and restrooms. Cleaners will be provided.
