By submitting the registration form below, I hear by agree to hold harmless the Coatesville Downtown Revitalization (CDR), Coatesville Police Department, Coatesville Volunteer Fire Department, Coatesville Historic Society, and the Town of Coatesville from any liability and/or damages resulting from my participation in the Coatesville Car Show or any of its corresponding activities. By submitting this application, I acknowledge that I am at least 18 years of age and that I hold a valid driver’s license and automobile insurance. If under the age of 18, a legal guardian must be listed with your name on this application and the application must be submitted by your legal guardian. I acknowledge that I have reviewed and agree based on my registration submission to these terms.
