ANSWER:
Yes, we are always looking for sponsors and happy to accept new sponsors.

QUESTION:
Will you hand out brochures, trinkets, or product samples of our brand if we provide them to you?
ANSWER:
Yes, we are happy to do so. We consider these to be in-kind donations and would include them in goody bags for all of our attendees. Starting in 2026, we will only be providing goody bags to our pre-registered vehicles which we expect to hit 200. If you want us to hand out more, we can have them available at our Information Booth for the general public to pick up.

QUESTION:
How many participants and people do you get at your event?
ANSWER:
We expect 300+ vehicles to enter our show and expect more than 1,500+ spectators throughout the day.

QUESTION:
What type of benefits do I receive for my sponsorship?
ANSWER:
We have different levels of sponsorship. Sponsors are full for 2025. Once the 2026 sponsor levels are determined at the end of the year, a copy of that letter with the different levels and the minimum contribution for each level will be listed at the bottom of this page or via a link to another page.

QUESTION:
When do you need my commitment to be a sponsor?
ANSWER:
Our show is always scheduled for the third Saturday of July each year. We require sponsor commitment by no later than May 1st. This deadline is in place to allow us to get all of our print materials designed, printed and received in time for the show date. Any sponsorship that comes in after this May 1st date, we will accommodate as much of the sponsor level package you select as possible, but we will not be able to fulfill on the entire package since many items may have already been sent to print, so please keep this in mind.
